Our products are created upon order and will be sent directly to you from one of several of our warehouses. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks and varies from product to product based on warehouse location. We have both domestic and international warehouses.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from different warehouses. If a popular item is delayed, other items will be promptly shipped to prevent your whole order from being delayed. As always, It is our desire to get your order to you as fast as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order shipped from an international warehouse becomes stuck at customs, is sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. The postal service is outside of our control. However, because our packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking information, if possible. Please review our refund and return policy as they relate to shipping mishaps.
