WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our products are created upon order and shipped directly to you from one of our many warehouses; domestic and internationally. Our estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks. Due to the popularity of some of our products, that time varies from product to product. Please know, however, we work extremely hard to get your order to you as fast as we can.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, the items may be shipped from a different warehouses and arrive in separately. If a popular item is delayed, your available items will be promptly shipped to prevent your whole order from being delayed. As always, It is our desire to get your order to you as fast as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience experienced, should an order shipped from a international warehouse is hindered by customs. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling, so if hindered, sent back or lost during the delivery process, we absorb the full expense of sending you a new package with quicker shipping with tracking information, if possible. Please note that with even our best efforts, however, the postal service is beyond our control. Please review our refund and return policy as they relate to shipping mishaps.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
